Meet Our Staff

Faye Thompson, Program Manager

My name is Faye Thompson and I have been with Fox Creek BASE for 9 years. I started the year my daughter started Kindergarten. I have a Physical Education and Recreation Degree I received many years ago! I am from Nebraska and as the kids know, The Huskers are my favorite team! The best thing about BASE, is these are "my" kids, I have most of them from Kindie to 6th grade and I love seeing the amazing people they turn into! I love walking through the hallways and receiving hugs and high fives from "my" kids!

Allison Aluise, Program Leader

I’m Allison, I am a Junior at Metropolitan State University of Denver, I am studying Human Development. My favorite part of working with kids is the constant laughs that you both share together. A fun fact about me is that I used to attend Fox Creek many years ago. In the future I hope to be an elementary school teacher.

Anna Ring, Program Leader

Hey I'm Anna. I'm currently a sophomore at CU Denver, and I am a double major in Spanish and Sociology. I am also a dancer and dance both competitively and professionally. My favorite part about working at Fox Creek is definitely the kids. They always put a smile on my face and they tell me hilarious stories.

Grant Engelmann, Program Leader

I'm Grant. I'm a business major at Metro State University.

I thoroughly enjoy soccer and most other sports and I enjoy sharing that passion with the students.

 Alyssa Tafoya, Program Aide

I'm Alyssa a senior at Rock Canyon and my favorite part about working with kids at Fox Creek is getting to see them grow and interact with other kids. I enjoy my job because they make it fun.

Casey Vetter, Program Aide

My name is Casey and I am finishing up my first year at Metropolitan State University, and am working towards a four year degree in Psychology, with a minor in early childhood education. I enjoy working at fox creek for several reasons but mostly I love the energy the kids and my fellow co-workers bring to the environment!

 Julia Fanning, Program Aide

My name is Julia Fanning and I am a Junior at Highlands Ranch High School. I've been working at Fox Creek B.A.S.E for over a few months, and my favorite part about my job is being able to interact with all of the children, and coming to understand all of their strengths and weakness. I love having the opportunity to work with kids everyday, and hope to continue doing so in my near future.
